Getting into work – for the first time or after a break – can be daunting and for some it can be a real challenge. We have a team of Employment Support Workers who can work with you to help you move into work. You can work with our team to identify the kind of work you’re most suited for, or want to do, and they will help you plan how to get to where you want to be. Together with the team you can be supported every step of the way into work.
We can also help you work out how to be better off financially in work and make sure that you are claiming all the funds that are available to you.
When you register with the Trust you can expect to work with a dedicated team to help you move into a role that utilises your skills. Our programmes are customised to your individual needs. It starts with the registration meeting which allows us to find out about your individual skills and aims and how we can best help you. You then would be aligned in with a dedicated member of our team who has your best interests at heart. Expect one to one meetings(virtual or one to one meetings), information on weekly jobs in your local area, to help you secure your next role from cv writing, job application support to interview skills as well as aftercare when you secure that role. But that’s not all we also offer access to a range of training as well to provide you with the skills you need to secure that role. Should you need support in terms of accessing funds we can arrange a meeting with our specialist team to help you financially. We are with you every step of the way.
